M-TAP is made by HALOHALOGAMES. Using it means accepting what follows.

The game

You may play M-TAP for your own enjoyment on any device you own. We licence it to you; we do not sell it to you. You may not resell it, take it apart to rebuild it as something else, or use it to attack our servers or other players.

Buying things

M-TAP has one optional purchase, which unlocks extra content permanently on the account or device that bought it. It is a one-off, not a subscription, and nothing recurs.

The purchase is handled by Apple, so refunds are Apple's to give — we cannot issue one. Requests go through Apple's usual channel, and we will help if something has gone wrong on our side.

Your account and your save

Connecting an account is optional and only exists so your progress can follow you between devices. You can delete it from inside the app at any time, which deletes what we hold. See the privacy policy.

We take reasonable care of your saved game, but we cannot promise it will never be lost. Your device keeps its own copy, which is the one the game actually plays from.

Test versions

If you are playing M-TAP through TestFlight, you are playing an unfinished build. Progress made there is kept separately and does not carry over to the released game — when M-TAP is published you will start fresh. Purchases in a test build are simulated by Apple and are never charged.

The usual disclaimer

M-TAP is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of bugs or available without interruption, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
